The 4-bed plan is 4,509 cov. SF (7407 total). A 13' foyer opens to a central courtyard, the outdoor entertainment space with dining & lounge spaces & a plunge pool, providing usable & flexible indoor/outdoor space. The living/dining area & gourmet kitchen open out from the courtyard, benefiting from distinct oceanfront outlooks, with connection to a 47' pool spanning the entire frontage of the home's design & leading to ocean access. A 31' colonnade connects the upper level bedrooms & looks over the central courtyard, another inimitable outlook. All of the bedrooms contain ensuite bathrooms with the 2 upper level master suites enjoying ocean facing positions. Glass balustrades act simply as a filter, to tangibly experience the ocean from shaded terraces. A unique option exists with this design, the addition of a dramatic seemingly cantilevered pool design. At 41' long the serenity pool mimics the peninsulas of its varied landscape, jutting towards the ocean & culminating with a seamless finish, glass pool end, opening barrier between pool & ocean. Amenities will include affiliated full service Marina, fitness center, spa, tennis court, clubhouse, pool, bar, restaurant, lagoon peninsula with lounging cabanas, non-motorized water sports, beach club & beach access etc.
