Originally from London (United Kingdom), Robert is a Citizen of the Turks and Caicos Islands, having now resided in the TCI for almost 40 years after his father came to the Islands to establish the country's first major resort. Robert has also lived in the United States, working with a prominent development company operating out of the Southern US. This, Robert feels, provides not just a credible experience level within the Islands but also a very clear understanding of the Islands' buyer demographic, who are primarily from the US and Europe.
Robert's extensive background includes almost every aspect of the real estate industry. With veteran knowledge and proficiencies in high-value sales, resort management and development, and offshore investment, he has more than 35 years of personal work experience within the Turks and Caicos Islands.
