Beachfront Vacation Rental Village -

This beachfront community comprised of 6 vacation rental villas across 278ft of beach frontage is the next savvy investor's dream. This turtle cove development consists of 1-4 bedroom villas spread across 2 acres, all with private entrances, private pools and patios as well as breathtaking ocean views. This area has been a tourist favorite for some time and now with the help of the new developments in the area such as Zenza Hotel and The Loren, the traffic has certainly increased. The Turtle Cove area is home to great restaurants such as Mango Reef, Baci's and Sharkbite bar & grill as well as Smith's reef which has some of the best snorkeling on island. Turtle Cove, located on the western end of the Grace Bay beach retains the unspoiled beauty of pre-development Grace Bay while just being a short 5 minute drive to the city center where most amenities and restaurants are located. Villa Sandcastle, Sandstone, Sandpebble and Sandpiper are all beachfront villas which are thoughtfully appointed across the extensive 278 ft of beach frontage. Villa Sandstone is the largest villa within this community as a two storey villa comprised of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Sandstone's unique features include two primary suites on the second floor, along with the common areas which all enjoy stunning breathtaking views, as well as private entrances for the remaining two bedrooms located on the beach level. Villa Sandpebble and Sandpiper are two storey, beachfront duplexes comprised of 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms and 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom respectively. These villas are side by side spanning across 96 ft of beachfront boasting stunning views from the primary suites as well as the downstairs kitchen and living rooms. Villa Sandcastle, the remaining beachfront villa is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom vacation rental comprised of two large primary suites both with ocean views from the second floor complemented by the open plan living on the ground floor leading out to the private pool and patio. Coriander Cottage and Nutmeg Cottage are the oceanview villas each comprised of one bedroom, one bathroom situated across 0.21 and .25 acres of land. These cozy cottages are perfect for a couple or small family looking to get away while still retaining the close proximity to the beach as well as lovely sunset views from the elevated gazebos of these homes. Both villas have their own private driveways and offer renters the privacy of their own space. The beautifully decorated villas are professionally managed by Island Escapes and offer the next investor an immediate return on purchase. This investment opportunity offers expansive beach frontage, 6 villas of unique styles and layout with immediate returns as well the opportunity to acquire the neighbouring 2 villas of Plum Wild and Little Plum. The entire community offers 2.48 acres and 346 ft of beach frontage within a tourism zoned community, need we say more?! Reach out to us for more information on this rare investment opportunity.
