Dredging is complete! Welcome to North Caicos Yacht Club (‘NCYC’), located on the Garden Island of Turks & Caicos, where time slows down and commercial development is still scarce. Likened to an early Leeward, NCYC has all the makings of the next premier destination in Turks & Caicos, without the accompanying price tag. Ideally located on the westernmost tip of North Caicos, known as Sandy Point, NCYC is less than a 5-minute drive from the ferry port of Belfield’s Landing, and a 20-minute boat ride to the more bustling surrounds of Providenciales. With accessibility to the iconic landmarks of Middle Caicos, such as Mudjin Harbour and the caves, a short drive away, NCYC has it all. Whether you’re looking for a mixed-use parcel, serene canal front land, a custom build, or simply to landbank your investment for a rainy day, NCYC comprises it all and offers you your own slice of waterfront paradise. Conveniently located a stone’s throw from the Sandy Point marina entrance, this spectacular 0.73-acre lot in Sandy Point Basin offers 45 feet of pristine canal-front from a corner position, benefiting from road access on both sides, allowing for easy access for walking to Sandy Point Beach. Outer island exploration by boat is at your fingertips with this location. Paved roads provide easy access, and engineered seawall bulkheads guarantee stability and protection for your investment. With ample room for docks and boat lifts, you’ll have direct access to the pristine waters of Turks & Caicos, placing the mariner’s lifestyle at your doorstep. The property is also equipped with underground utilities and fire suppression systems. An ideal location for boating enthusiasts to construct the home or vacation villa of their dreams. 1 – 4-bedroom custom villa designs are available by request. Immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of this exclusive community, where natural splendor still reigns king. Developer construction financing is available. About

A native of Turks & Caicos, Courtney was born in the small island capital of Grand Turk to English parents, and later moved to Providenciales, where she grew up. Courtney has witnessed all stages of development throughout her life in the islands, and possesses an authentic and rooted affinity for her home, as well as a worldly curiousity, provided by extensive International travel and the gift afforded by living in different countries. With a secondary and graduate education in the US (BA from University of Miami) and post-graduate education in the UK (law degree), Courtney marries her respect and knowledge of multiple cultures with deep local knowledge. After practicing law, led by a love of interior design and architecture, Courtney took a hard-left turn and decided to pursue a career in real estate, as Executive Assistant to Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty Vice President, Nina Siegenthaler, where her experience focused mainly on high-end condominium resorts and private villas ranging between $1.5M - $4M. Here, Courtney cut her teeth on real estate and used this experience as a springboard to becoming Head of Sales and Marketing for renowned Amanyara resort (private villas of $7M+), where she further developed her marketing skills and knowledge of the ultra-high-end market. Courtney then rejoined TCSIR as New Development Coordinator, where she managed over $100M of new development business, with President Joe Zahm and Vice President Nina Siegenthaler, on projects such as Beach Enclave and South Bank. Courtney now expands her mindful approach as a skilled sales agent and consultant, delivering opportunities to individual and community needs. Rooted in instinct and experience over 30+ years in TCI and 7+ years in the Real Estate industry, Courtney is an innovative and multi-faceted woman with a great love for environment, both built and natural, who takes pride in her career and her beautiful family, husband, Oliver (Real Estate Attorney and Partner of Griffiths & Partners), daughter Georgie, and her two step-children Annabel and Charlie.
