Beachfront Villa

A stunningly unique Villa located on some of the most pristine beach the Island of North Caicos has to offer. The Villa is roughly around 5,000 Sq ft and was built by the present owners in 2004-2006 by Johnston International to a design by Seth Stein Architects, London and won a number RIBA awards. It’s on 8 acres with 520ft of beachfront and at present is still the only property in the bay just East of Three Mary Cays, between Whitby and Sandy Point. Effectively it enjoys two miles of private beach as it’s the only house between Three Marys and Pumpkin Bluff on the edge of Whitby. There are three separate en-suite bedrooms with built in four poster king sized beds giving seclusion and privacy. There’s a large central building with kitchen, living room, screened veranda, and swimming pool. The living room has an alcove which also has and can serve as a fourth bedroom and the building has has two bathrooms. All the buildings are connected by a boardwalk which goes directly down to the beachfront and the turquoise waters just off the beach.
