Dredging is complete! Welcome to North Caicos Yacht Club (‘NCYC’), located on the Garden Island of Turks & Caicos, where time slows down and commercial development is still scarce. Likened to an early Leeward, NCYC has all the makings of the next premier destination in Turks & Caicos, without the accompanying price tag. Ideally located on the westernmost tip of North Caicos, known as Sandy Point, NCYC is less than a 5-minute drive from the ferry port of Belfield’s Landing, and a 20-minute boat ride to the more bustling surrounds of Providenciales. With accessibility to the iconic landmarks of Middle Caicos, such as Mudjin Harbour and the caves, a short drive away, NCYC has it all. Whether you’re looking for a mixed-use parcel, serene canal front land, a custom build, or simply to landbank your investment for a rainy day, NCYC comprises it all and offers you your own slice of paradise. With only 8 commercial lots remaining, Parcel 118 offers a rare position in the serene Lagoon, with road frontage on all three sides (1,555 feet in total) and an expansive 3.13-acres, the site is ideal for mixed use. A town home development, eco-tour operator, or small grocer, cafe and park would all be ideally located here as the community of NCYC begins to emerge. Infrastructure has already been provided with paved roads for easy access, street lighting, and engineered seawall bulkheads to guarantee stability and protection of your investment. Immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of this exclusive community, where natural splendor still reigns king. Developer construction financing available by request. A native of Turks & Caicos, Courtney was born in the small island capital of Grand Turk to English parents, and later moved to Providenciales, where she grew up. Courtney has witnessed all stages of development throughout her life in the islands, and possesses an authentic and rooted affinity for her home, as well as a worldly curiousity, provided by extensive International travel and the gift afforded by living in different countries. With a secondary and graduate education in the US (BA from University of Miami) and post-graduate education in the UK (law degree), Courtney marries her respect and knowledge of multiple cultures with deep local knowledge. After practicing law, led by a love of interior design and architecture, Courtney took a hard-left turn and decided to pursue a career in real estate, as Executive Assistant to Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty Vice President, Nina Siegenthaler, where her experience focused mainly on high-end condominium resorts and private villas ranging between $1.5M - $4M. Here, Courtney cut her teeth on real estate and used this experience as a springboard to becoming Head of Sales and Marketing for renowned Amanyara resort (private villas of $7M+), where she further developed her marketing skills and knowledge of the ultra-high-end market. Courtney then rejoined TCSIR as New Development Coordinator, where she managed over $100M of new development business, with President Joe Zahm and Vice President Nina Siegenthaler, on projects such as Beach Enclave and South Bank. Courtney now expands her mindful approach as a skilled sales agent and consultant, delivering opportunities to individual and community needs. Rooted in instinct and experience over 30+ years in TCI and 7+ years in the Real Estate industry, Courtney is an innovative and multi-faceted woman with a great love for environment, both built and natural, who takes pride in her career and her beautiful family, husband, Oliver (Real Estate Attorney and Partner of Griffiths & Partners), daughter Georgie, and her two step-children Annabel and Charlie.
