Dredging is complete! Welcome to North Caicos Yacht Club (‘NCYC’), located on the Garden Island of Turks & Caicos, where time slows down and commercial development is still scarce. Likened to an early Leeward, NCYC has all the makings of the next premier destination in Turks & Caicos, without the accompanying price tag. Ideally located on the westernmost tip of North Caicos, known as Sandy Point, NCYC is less than a 5-minute drive from the ferry port of Belfield’s Landing, and a 20-minute boat ride to the more bustling surrounds of Providenciales. With accessibility to the iconic landmarks of Middle Caicos, such as Mudjin Harbour and the caves, a short drive away, NCYC has it all. Whether you’re looking for mixed-use or a serene canal front parcel, a custom build or simply to landbank your investment for a rainy day, NCYC comprises it all and offers you your own slice of waterfront paradise. This spectacular 0.48-acre lot in Sandy Point Basin offers 100 feet of pristine canal-front, conveniently located a stone’s throw from the Sandy Point marina entrance and beach. Outer island exploration by boat is at your fingertips with this location. Paved roads provide easy access, and engineered seawall bulkheads guarantee stability and protection for your investment. With ample room for docks and boat lifts, you’ll have direct access to the pristine waters of Turks & Caicos, placing the mariner’s lifestyle at your doorstep. The property is also equipped with underground utilities and fire suppression systems. An ideal location for boating enthusiasts to construct the home or vacation villa of their dreams. 1 – 4-bedroom custom villa designs are available by request. Immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of this exclusive community, where natural splendor still reigns king. Developer construction financing is available.
