Luxury Living Near World-Famous Grace Bay Beach

Welcome to Honeymoon Villas, a stunning new build located at 10 June Plum Street in the heart of Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos. This extraordinary property is nestled just a short walk or drive from the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach, famed for its powdery white sands and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Offering a luxurious yet serene retreat, Honeymoon Villas provide easy access to the vibrant shops, restaurants, and entertainment in one of the most sought-after tourism destinations in the world. These modern luxury villas are a perfect blend of contemporary design and Caribbean charm, making them the ideal investment for those seeking a vacation home or profitable short-term rental property. Spread over a 0.39-acre parcel, Honeymoon Villas consist of three separate residences, each uniquely designed to maximize comfort, privacy, and style. Two of the villas are identical in size, each measuring 1,914 sq ft, while the third is slightly smaller at 1,044 sq ft and includes a garage on the ground floor. All three villas offer well-appointed living spaces, with the second floor of each featuring a spacious bedroom with an en suite bathroom. These rooms are designed with privacy and relaxation in mind, perfect for couples or individuals looking for a peaceful retreat. The modern design aesthetic is evident throughout the property, with sleek finishes and contemporary touches that give the villas an air of sophisticated elegance. The two larger villas offer expansive, open-plan living and dining areas on the ground floor that open onto private pool decks with plunge pools, providing the perfect setting for entertaining guests or simply relaxing in the tropical sun. For those who appreciate panoramic views, a spiral staircase leads to a rooftop deck with a hot tub, offering spectacular views over Grace Bay Beach. Whether you’re enjoying the sunrise, gazing at the ocean, or watching the sun set on another perfect day, the rooftop deck provides the ultimate vantage point for appreciating the beauty of the Caribbean. The views of the sunset and moonrise are particularly magical, creating unforgettable moments of tranquility. The smaller villa, while more compact, retains the same high standards of design and comfort. Its garage adds a practical element, perfect for storing a vehicle or outdoor equipment. Despite its smaller footprint, this villa is just as luxurious and shares the same attention to detail as the larger homes. The entire property is beautifully landscaped, surrounded by tropical plants and featuring artificial grass that enhances the visual appeal while keeping maintenance simple and efficient. This lush environment creates a peaceful, private oasis where residents can enjoy the natural beauty of Turks and Caicos without the upkeep often associated with tropical landscapes. Honeymoon Villas offer not only a luxurious living space but also significant potential as a short-term luxury vacation rental.

About

Michael is originally from Grand Turk, the capital of the Turks and Caicos Islands. He relocated to Miami, South Florida for his formative education, then Baltimore where he obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Architecture at the Maryland Institute College of Art in 1996, which included a study abroad at Studio Art Centers International (SACI) in Florence, Italy, minoring in art history.

Michael worked as a project manager in the high-end residential market in Miami Beach, overseeing design builds for many high-rise condominium projects. In 1999 he returned to the Turks and Caicos, residing on Providenciales, where he launched Innovative Interiors & Architecture Design in 2000, later partnering with a NYC Architecture firm in 2005 to form Fenimore Rosenberg Kolb LLC., an international Architecture Design firm, and also established Belongings, a trendy boutique furniture and accessories showroom on Providenciales. Michael returned to the United States from 2011 – 2015 to study digital marketing and web design at Miami Dade College. He worked for one of the largest direct response marketing companies in the US, Weiss Research, where he honed his digital sales and marketing skills to an expert level. Michael is passionate about art and art history, he spends his free time producing paintings, drawings, and mixed media fine art. Michael once again returned to the islands in 2016 and launched an animal welfare charity TCI A.W.A.R.E. on his native island of Grand Turk to help mitigate the lack of resources and the mistreatment of the islands free-roaming donkeys and horses.

In 2018 Michael became a member of TCREA, with a local real estate company, utilizing his analytical skills and market knowledge to serve his clients. Continuing his real estate career as a team member of Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading real estate company in the country, Michael brings an intimate knowledge of local culture, an expert understanding of design trends in coastal/island architecture, and an adept understanding of sales and marketing strategies that best fit the TCI real estate industry.
