BEACH ENCLAVE NORTH SHORE - Villa 16. The first re-sale since the inception of Beach Enclave North Shore Phase Two, Villa 16 is truly unique and one-of-a-kind. Designed by award-winning Jacobsen Arquitectura, this 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa sits on the Western most corner of the development and has arguably one of the best views on Providenciales' North Shore. Spanning a total of 3,048 sq. ft. under cover (2,723 sq. ft. of a.c. space) for a total of 3,723 sq. ft. in finished areas including outdoor decking, Villa 16 excudes both luxury living and laid-back toes-in-the-sand elegance. Sitting at 35' above sea level, the main level hosts the kitchen and pantry, an ocean facing bedroom (currently being used as a home office), and living area that seamlessly blends into the outdoor covered deck. Outdoor entertainment areas include the covered living space off the great room, sun deck and infinity pool, and summer kitchen and bar. The upper level sits 47' above sea level, with generous views from the floor to ceiling windows of the primary and 2 guest bedrooms. Views at this level are uninterrupted and unmatched. Access to the beach is enjoyed through a custom private staircase which was hand carved into the natural limestone cliff. A private sun deck just above the ocean awaits at the end of the staircase, offering an additional space to unwind and watch the sunset. Custom high-end upgrades include the ocean-facing primary bath, built-in desk in the primary bedroom, wooden design features throughout, additional storage behind the kitchen, and solar panels. Exclusive to Villa 16 is an expanded primary bathroom with an ocean facing double shower. Also exclusive to Villa 16 is a vertically positioned infinity pool that seamlessly blends into the horizon, the true definition of an "infinity" pool. Owners enjoy a range of hassle-free and a-la-carte services including dedicated staff, housekeeping, concierge, property maintenance, an owner representative team, and a la carte butler and private chef. Concierge services include villa provisioning and reservations, home preventive maintenance, and payment of utility bills and vendors. On-site amenities include an outdoor yoga deck, fully-equipped gym with ocean views, tennis court, and a beach bar and restaurant serving light fare. This villa participates in Beach Enclave’s successful rental program that is tailor-made to owner’s needs and sustains long-term property value. Ownership also includes two garages.
