The Turks & Caicos has been home to Mike since 2011. In addition to being with Engel & Volkers in TCI, Mike is a licensed broker in North Carolina, USA. His knowledge of the vast differences in real estate between different jurisdictions is unique.

Mike has an education in business management & finance from Florida State University and has owned numerous businesses in TCI including luxury property management, reverse osmosis consultation as well as TCI’s 1st kiteboarding school, Kite Provo. Mike has a comprehensive understanding of the luxury villa industry and has assisted with all aspects of villa ownership (rental, construction and sales) over his many years of managing some of TCI’s most high end villas. He has over a decade of experience working with high net worth individuals and excels at finding unique ways of generating exposure and creative marketing tactics for luxury properties. Mike has also built, rented and sold his own rental properties and has experience with purchasing & subdividing raw land for future development purposes. 

Mike is an avid outdoorsman and very active in the community. You can find him most weekends out on his boat either fishing, kiting or diving for lobster.
