Crystal Sands Villa is a luxury beachfront villa in Sapodilla Bay, one of the Turks and Caicos Islands most coveted locations to reside. With its westerly exposure, you will enjoy the most magical sunsets the islands have to offer. The 2 storey, 4,200 sq. ft. property is perfect for large gatherings with friends and family. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and breathtaking views of the tranquil beach and turquoise waters. The living room and suites on the upper level have beautifully finished vaulted ceilings and are open, airy and inviting. There is also an expansive 50 ft. covered balcony so you can retreat to the shade and enjoy a cocktail and good book. The exterior of Crystal Sands has ample seating areas (both covered and uncovered) with a freshwater pool and has also been sustainably landscaped. Moreover, you are just steps away from the incredible white sand and calm clear waters of Sapodilla Bay! Crystal Sands is currently operated independently by the owners as a very successful rental income property with two separate, 2 bed/2 bath suites. The property provides an owner with the option to rent the entire property, or live in the upper or lower level while continuing to operate the vacant level as a vacation rental. As a stand alone villa, this villa offers an owner flexible management options: Manage it yourself or choose one of the many talented property management individuals or companies on the island. The villa is also a great opportunity for sailboat owners to consider when thinking about purchasing a luxury beachfront villa in the Turks and Caicos. The water in Sapodilla Bay is so calm that it makes an ideal refuge for sailboats to dock especially during inclement weather. Given the popularity of this property, Crystal Sands can be viewed mainly on Saturdays in-between departures and new arrivals.
