Manfred was born on the quaint, historic island of Salt Cay, Turks & Caicos and was educated locally at the Grand Turk Community College and the TCI Community College on Providenciales. Remaining in the Turks & Caicos throughout his life, Manfred had a successful career in the banking industry initially with Barclays Bank PLS which merged with CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank during his tenure. Manfred’s advancement through the years led him to positions such as Mortgage Sales Specialist and Customer Service Manager, areas that now serve him well in the real estate industry. Manfred’s ability to listen and quietly evaluate the needs of perspective clients promotes a beneficial outcome for all in-volved.
