3 bedroom home, one lot back from beach

Grab your towels folks and head on over to this fantastic 3 Bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath right across the road from the beach access. Sitting on an attractive, 0.5 acre lot, this property boasts partial views of the beach in Whitby Haven, one of most desirable neighborhoods on North Caicos. An absolute must see vacation spot or potential rental. Many of the residents in this neighborhood are here for the winter and it is a lovely community within which to belong. This beautiful home has been recently renovated with new interior walls, plumbing, electrical and metal roof. It has all modern interior and decor. All the furniture is included and most of it new including the queen-size pull-out couch. Two of the three bedrooms come with King size beds, mattresses and dressers. Sheets, towels, dishes, pots and pans etc. All INCLUDED. The renovated bathroom has a lovely modern glass door shower and also houses a washer and dryer. There is also an additional half bathroom. The living area is a modern open plan design, with a newly fitted kitchen, quartz countertops, brand-new stainless-steel appliances including fridge, stove, over the range microwave, dish washer and beverage center. New air-conditioning units, recess lighting and modern fans make this whole area very attractive. The outdoor space has a patio area perfect for BBQ's and outdoor dining, poured concrete walkways, a beautiful rock wall and outdoor shower. This property has the potential to become a successful short-term rental, subject to business license approval, due to its close proximity to the beach access which is directly across the street! Although there are partial views of the ocean from the house, building a guest house, subject to planning approval, would provide lovely full ocean views from a second floor. Note that this property is sold "as is where is” and the purchaser is therefore advised to complete their own due diligence prior to purchasing.

About

A native of Turks & Caicos, Courtney was born in the small island capital of Grand Turk to English parents, and later moved to Providenciales, where she grew up. Courtney has witnessed all stages of development throughout her life in the islands, and possesses an authentic and rooted affinity for her home, as well as a worldly curiousity, provided by extensive International travel and the gift afforded by living in different countries. With a secondary and graduate education in the US (BA from University of Miami) and post-graduate education in the UK (law degree), Courtney marries her respect and knowledge of multiple cultures with deep local knowledge. After practicing law, led by a love of interior design and architecture, Courtney took a hard-left turn and decided to pursue a career in real estate, as Executive Assistant to Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty Vice President, Nina Siegenthaler, where her experience focused mainly on high-end condominium resorts and private villas ranging between $1.5M - $4M. Here, Courtney cut her teeth on real estate and used this experience as a springboard to becoming Head of Sales and Marketing for renowned Amanyara resort (private villas of $7M+), where she further developed her marketing skills and knowledge of the ultra-high-end market. Courtney then rejoined TCSIR as New Development Coordinator, where she managed over $100M of new development business, with President Joe Zahm and Vice President Nina Siegenthaler, on projects such as Beach Enclave and South Bank. Courtney now expands her mindful approach as a skilled sales agent and consultant, delivering opportunities to individual and community needs. Rooted in instinct and experience over 30+ years in TCI and 7+ years in the Real Estate industry, Courtney is an innovative and multi-faceted woman with a great love for environment, both built and natural, who takes pride in her career and her beautiful family, husband, Oliver (Real Estate Attorney and Partner of Griffiths & Partners), daughter Georgie, and her two step-children Annabel and Charlie.
