Blue Lagoon Villa II-Long Bay

Long Bay Beachfront Villa is a rare gem nestled along the stunning shoreline of Long Bay Beach, one of the most sought-after locations in the Turks and Caicos Islands. This remarkable three-bedroom villa spans three levels and offers a generous 4,259 square feet of high-end living space, steps away from the pristine beach and an array of exciting activities. Exciting Expansion Opportunity: Adding to this already fantastic opportunity, the seller has obtained all necessary plans and approvals for an additional fourth-bedroom extension. This includes beautifully designed interior space, a rooftop lounge, and a unique interconnecting bridge. This addition will expand the villa by 1,100 square feet, bringing the total living space to an impressive 5,359 square feet and providing a popular four-bedroom configuration. The seller offers a turnkey approach, utilizing their extensive experience in developing properties in the Turks and Caicos to oversee and manage the new addition. Unbeatable Value and Investment Potential: The Villa offers exceptional value compared to the island's condo market, where only two four-bedroom condos are available, each significantly higher in price with less living space. This villa stands out as a unique find, offering full ownership, complete control over usage and management, and a parcel of land with absolute freehold title. Sustainable and Efficient Design: Engineered for efficiency, The Villa features solar panels discreetly placed on the flat roof and integrated with two TESLA Powerwalls to reduce running costs and lower the carbon footprint. This property is ideal for those looking to capitalize on the island's robust short-term vacation rental market or seeking a stunning vacation home. It promises to be a superb investment property and a personal retreat in one of the Caribbean's most desirable locations. Beach Level: Comfort and Privacy: The beach level hosts two bedrooms, each with its own entrance for enhanced privacy. Step directly from your room onto the beach and immerse yourself in the stunning turquoise waters. Second Level: Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living: The second level is the villa's heart, effortlessly blending indoor and outdoor living spaces. Step out onto your private poolside deck from the living and dining room, complete with a swim-up gazebo. This area offers unparalleled views and serves as an exceptional venue for entertaining or relaxing. Third Level: Primary Bedroom with Spectacular Views: The third floor features the primary bedroom, boasting a grand balcony overlooking the entire property. Wake up to the sight of pristine beaches and the endless turquoise and emerald-green waters of the Caicos Banks. Future Fourth Bedroom: A Masterpiece of Design: The planned fourth-bedroom addition by renowned architect R.A. Shaw will seamlessly integrate with the main villa.

About

Michael is originally from Grand Turk, the capital of the Turks and Caicos Islands. He relocated to Miami, South Florida for his formative education, then Baltimore where he obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Architecture at the Maryland Institute College of Art in 1996, which included a study abroad at Studio Art Centers International (SACI) in Florence, Italy, minoring in art history.

Michael worked as a project manager in the high-end residential market in Miami Beach, overseeing design builds for many high-rise condominium projects. In 1999 he returned to the Turks and Caicos, residing on Providenciales, where he launched Innovative Interiors & Architecture Design in 2000, later partnering with a NYC Architecture firm in 2005 to form Fenimore Rosenberg Kolb LLC., an international Architecture Design firm, and also established Belongings, a trendy boutique furniture and accessories showroom on Providenciales. Michael returned to the United States from 2011 – 2015 to study digital marketing and web design at Miami Dade College. He worked for one of the largest direct response marketing companies in the US, Weiss Research, where he honed his digital sales and marketing skills to an expert level. Michael is passionate about art and art history, he spends his free time producing paintings, drawings, and mixed media fine art. Michael once again returned to the islands in 2016 and launched an animal welfare charity TCI A.W.A.R.E. on his native island of Grand Turk to help mitigate the lack of resources and the mistreatment of the islands free-roaming donkeys and horses.

In 2018 Michael became a member of TCREA, with a local real estate company, utilizing his analytical skills and market knowledge to serve his clients. Continuing his real estate career as a team member of Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading real estate company in the country, Michael brings an intimate knowledge of local culture, an expert understanding of design trends in coastal/island architecture, and an adept understanding of sales and marketing strategies that best fit the TCI real estate industry.
