Originally from the UK, Kerry has lived in the Turks & Caicos Islands since 1999. After an early career in real estate with one of the islands leading real estate agencies, she moved into management of luxury vacation villas and ran two boutique property management companies successfully. Over the past twenty years, her experience in property management has given her a unique perspective on every aspect of luxury home ownership, from maintenance to interior design to marketing and maximizing ROI. In 2021, Kerry returned to real estate after joining her husband at Agua Atlantic.

A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are key characteristics she brings to every client relationship. She wants to make clients feel at ease through the process of buying or selling a home, whether for investment purposes or a family residence.

In addition to her work, Kerry is passionate about photography and interior design.
