Harborfront Building Lot
The boating life on Providenciales doesn’t get much better than this .53 acre undeveloped Harborfront lot in beautiful Hawksbill marina. This lot is accessed directly from fully paved Turtle Tail drive on the south side of the island and offers 108 linear feet of harbor frontage for boat dockage and/or a boat lift. Due to the positioning of this property and the harbour entrance, this lot offers the best of both worlds as it sits within the protected Hawksbill Harbour and also provides beautiful views of the Caicos Banks through the harbour entrance. With plenty of room for a Villa and Guesthouse or garage, bring your dream home plans to life among other multi-million dollar Villas in this upscale and developing marina neighbourhood. With South Bank Marina and Resort a three minute boat ride to the east, and The Strand development 10 minutes to the west, dining and entertainment opportunities will soon be accessible as a boating excursion. The shallow waters of Flamingo Lake are located across the road from the marina lots and offer excellent Bonefishing a few steps away from what could be your front door! This is a rare opportunity to own one of only a handful of properties on this unique marina

About
A
Turks & Caicos Islander, born in Jamaica, raised in Providenciales and
later schooled in the UK, and also the US, Anna possesses Jamaican, British and
Turks & Caicos citizenships. Anna lived the ‘Island Dream’ growing up as a
child in the Turks & Caicos Islands, and enjoyed the care free, relaxed
lifestyle that these islands have to offer. Daughter of one of the first Land
surveyors and realtors to live in the Turks & Caicos, she has extensive
knowledge of the islands and its people. Over the years she has seen numerous
changes to the real estate market in the Turks & Caicos, witnessing
firsthand the transformation from a small chain of desert islands to the global
sensation that it is today; famous for its white sandy beaches, fine dining and
ultimately one of the top tourist destinations in the world. After graduating
with her first Bachelor of Science degree, from Cardiff University in Wales,
Anna’s curiosity led her to the US where she completed a postgraduate doctorate
in Oregon and later relocated to Florida where she resided for several years.
However, her desire to return home proved too strong and as fortune would have
it her career led her back to the Turks and Caicos. Looking to diversify her
knowledge base Anna embarked on a new career with Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s
International Realty in 2012. Anna’s attention to detail, excellent
communication skills and intuitive nature allows her to assess the needs of her
clients. Her goal is to assist investors and sellers alike to realize their
investment potential and appreciate what the TCI has to offer.
