Ideally located in Sandy Point, the westernmost tip of North Caicos, NCYC is less than a 5-minute drive from the ferry port of Belfield’s Landing, and a 20-minute boat ride to the more bustling surrounds of Providenciales, with accessibility to the iconic landmarks of Middle Caicos, such as Mudjin Harbour and the caves just a short drive away. Whether you’re looking for beachfront land, mixed use or serene canal-front land, a custom build, or simply to landbank for a rainy day, NCYC comprises it all. Discover beachfront bliss in North Caicos with the last remaining beachfront parcel on the Parrot Cay facing side of Sandy Point. This exceptional 0.52-acre lot with 83 feet of beach frontage as well as 80 feet of serene canal frontage offers the best of both worlds, creating a unique and unparalleled setting for your dream home or vacation getaway. With 1 – 4-bedroom custom villa designs available by request, as well as developer financing, owning a villa at NCYC has never been easier.
