Luxury Vacation Rental Property For Sale

Currently operating as a successful luxury vacation rental business under TKCA management, 24 Dolphin Lane is a beautifully designed and custom-built home. Entering the spacious great room through French doors the main living space can be opened with a series of glass doors which allow the cooling trade winds from the southeast to flow throughout. To the south the view lines take in the expansive Long Bay oceanfront and Caicos Banks beyond and to the northwest, incredible sunsets that transition into the glittered lights at night of Grace Bay. Natural daylight cascades throughout courtesy of the clerestory windows that surround the top of this elegant room. Sleek, white upper cabinets and waterfall edge centre-island adorn the open kitchen area along with its energy efficient stainless-steel appliances including six-burner gas stove. The mix of wood, travertine flooring, lighting choices, and furniture selections give this home a modern-rustic vibe that screams Caribbean Chic. The master suite, located in the east wing, has large picture windows overlooking the back garden and features a private outdoor shower garden complete with deep soaking tub. The spa-like bathroom with exceptional design details includes a spacious shower, teak wood vanity-top and deep-bowl double sinks. Immaculately finished guest bedroom and a media room are also located in the east wing. There are two more bedrooms located in the west wing as well as a bathroom and a laundry room. Throughout this fully gated and fenced property there are multiple lounging and dining options for entertaining including the covered pool patio and the shaded lawn areas. The solar-heated pool is exquisite and given the elevation of the lot and the dense tropical landscaping completely private. Other great details include a laundry room, BBQ Grill and Smoker and a back-up Generator in the event of power outage. Location is key and you are less than a 2-minute drive to the closest Long Bay Beach access where kiting and a myriad of other water sports and beach activities awaits you whilst the shops, restaurants and night life of Grace Bay beach are just 5 short minutes to the north.

About

A native of Turks & Caicos, Courtney was born in the small island capital of Grand Turk to English parents, and later moved to Providenciales, where she grew up. Courtney has witnessed all stages of development throughout her life in the islands, and possesses an authentic and rooted affinity for her home, as well as a worldly curiousity, provided by extensive International travel and the gift afforded by living in different countries. With a secondary and graduate education in the US (BA from University of Miami) and post-graduate education in the UK (law degree), Courtney marries her respect and knowledge of multiple cultures with deep local knowledge. After practicing law, led by a love of interior design and architecture, Courtney took a hard-left turn and decided to pursue a career in real estate, as Executive Assistant to Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty Vice President, Nina Siegenthaler, where her experience focused mainly on high-end condominium resorts and private villas ranging between $1.5M - $4M. Here, Courtney cut her teeth on real estate and used this experience as a springboard to becoming Head of Sales and Marketing for renowned Amanyara resort (private villas of $7M+), where she further developed her marketing skills and knowledge of the ultra-high-end market. Courtney then rejoined TCSIR as New Development Coordinator, where she managed over $100M of new development business, with President Joe Zahm and Vice President Nina Siegenthaler, on projects such as Beach Enclave and South Bank. Courtney now expands her mindful approach as a skilled sales agent and consultant, delivering opportunities to individual and community needs. Rooted in instinct and experience over 30+ years in TCI and 7+ years in the Real Estate industry, Courtney is an innovative and multi-faceted woman with a great love for environment, both built and natural, who takes pride in her career and her beautiful family, husband, Oliver (Real Estate Attorney and Partner of Griffiths & Partners), daughter Georgie, and her two step-children Annabel and Charlie.
