Saylor Bay Villa Under-construction ~

Wake up and start your day waterskiing, paddling or jet-skiing right off your front doorstep. Currently under construction on a spectacular oceanfront site between Sapodilla Beach (1,500 feet away) and Taylor Beach (2,000 feet away), “Saylor Bay Villa” is being brought to you by the developer of the nearby beautiful La Mer properties and is slated for completion by Q2 of 2025. Marrying aesthetics and functionality with impeccable taste, Saylor Bay Villa is one of Providenciales’ most exciting new development villa offerings. The oceanfront design brings the best of all worlds together for an exacting high-end purchaser seeking a new island home in the TCI. The beautiful site is on a very calm bay where sailing boats love mooring. With its unique topography and rare southwest exposure, the villa fronts the picturesque and calm ocean - enjoying true privacy combined with direct water access. The sandy-bottomed, shallow, and gentle waters are just steps from the home’s expansive outdoor areas, offering the ability to moor a private watercraft in front of the house on its approximate 100’ of waterfront in front of the dry beach. This property is one of very few on the island with this opportunity. Island lifestyle lovers will appreciate the north and southeast side louvered openings to let the breeze naturally cool down the living areas. Others will prefer the high-caliber air-conditioning system throughout when needed. The 4-to-5 bedroom plans are thoughtfully laid out to ensure a relaxed and hospitable experience. Spanning two levels, the main level is the heart of the home featuring the living, dining, kitchen, and entertaining space seamlessly leading out to the pool deck and outdoor dining with sunken fire pit and plush subset facing oceanfront lounge. The pantry and prep area facilitate the ability to entertain. On the upper level, the primary bedroom and two additional guest bedrooms span the ocean facing façade of the second level each enjoying direct Caribbean Sea views and spacious balcony areas, with a 4th bedroom boasting spectacular views of Chalk Sound. Each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom. A wonderful bonus room offers the ability to design a 5th bedroom, or office/den, breakout room. Options include the ability to add a seafront jacuzzi, and/or expand the main level with additional bedrooms, an optional boat/car garage and staff accommodation. The total areas span approximately 6,133 sq. ft. of finished areas including 4,709 sq. ft. under roof of which 3,459 sq. ft. is A/C area to which you may add 930 sq. ft. for your chosen options. Turn-key furnishings package if desired; Adjacent Saylor Bay V2 is being retained by the developer.

About

Michael is originally from Grand Turk, the capital of the Turks and Caicos Islands. He relocated to Miami, South Florida for his formative education, then Baltimore where he obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Architecture at the Maryland Institute College of Art in 1996, which included a study abroad at Studio Art Centers International (SACI) in Florence, Italy, minoring in art history.

Michael worked as a project manager in the high-end residential market in Miami Beach, overseeing design builds for many high-rise condominium projects. In 1999 he returned to the Turks and Caicos, residing on Providenciales, where he launched Innovative Interiors & Architecture Design in 2000, later partnering with a NYC Architecture firm in 2005 to form Fenimore Rosenberg Kolb LLC., an international Architecture Design firm, and also established Belongings, a trendy boutique furniture and accessories showroom on Providenciales. Michael returned to the United States from 2011 – 2015 to study digital marketing and web design at Miami Dade College. He worked for one of the largest direct response marketing companies in the US, Weiss Research, where he honed his digital sales and marketing skills to an expert level. Michael is passionate about art and art history, he spends his free time producing paintings, drawings, and mixed media fine art. Michael once again returned to the islands in 2016 and launched an animal welfare charity TCI A.W.A.R.E. on his native island of Grand Turk to help mitigate the lack of resources and the mistreatment of the islands free-roaming donkeys and horses.

In 2018 Michael became a member of TCREA, with a local real estate company, utilizing his analytical skills and market knowledge to serve his clients. Continuing his real estate career as a team member of Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading real estate company in the country, Michael brings an intimate knowledge of local culture, an expert understanding of design trends in coastal/island architecture, and an adept understanding of sales and marketing strategies that best fit the TCI real estate industry.
