Seastar Villa is in the southside neighborhood of Long Bay, within a 5-minute drive to Long Bay beach, known locally as a kite boarding paradise. This newly built 3-bedroom 3-bathroom modern villa completed in 2022 is set out over two levels. At Seastar Villa every aspect has been thought through. A gated and walled entry opens to a paved driveway leading to the front facade of the home, with double car wooden pergola available for sun protection, lush landscaping and low maintenance mulch and gravel completing the initial impression. Large double wooden doors open to a double height entry, showcasing an open space living, dining and kitchen, which still manage to feel like spaces with a degree of separation. All of the living spaces on the ground level open out to the backyard, which beckons from every 9-foot glass slider. The living room features thoughtful detail such as a granite feature wall and is large enough to accommodate a sumptuous sectional and additional seating. 10-foot ceilings throughout ensure a spacious feeling. The formal dining room accommodates 8 with the kitchen conveniently located next door, with a French door refrigerator, stainless steel GE appliances and quartz countertops throughout. A full bath with large shower doubles as a powder room and bathroom for the ground level guest suite. The exterior has a real wow factor, with no shortage of dining and lounging spaces. A covered outdoor dining area with Weber Summit BBQ provides for al fresco dining, and sail shades act as cooling agents for multiple areas, a comfortable lounging space with real limestone rock wall as a backdrop, as well as a fully kitted out play area for children or games like table tennis. The 30-foot-long pool is large and inviting with sun shelf and jacuzzi. The second level is comprised of two bedrooms both with ensuites and outdoor terraces. The second bedroom is a perfect children’s bedroom, but could double as an office or playroom. Its highlight is an expansive north facing terrace that overlooks the pool area. The primary bedroom is large with both north and south facing terraces, and an ocean view from the southside. A soaking tub and shower adorn the ensuite bathroom. Neutral West Elm furnishings throughout. Porcelain flooring and high end finishings. Camera monitored and alarmed. Ideally located within a 5-minute drive to Long Bay Beach and a 10-minute drive to the shops, restaurants and iconic beach of Grace Bay.

About

A native of Turks & Caicos, Courtney was born in the small island capital of Grand Turk to English parents, and later moved to Providenciales, where she grew up. Courtney has witnessed all stages of development throughout her life in the islands, and possesses an authentic and rooted affinity for her home, as well as a worldly curiousity, provided by extensive International travel and the gift afforded by living in different countries. With a secondary and graduate education in the US (BA from University of Miami) and post-graduate education in the UK (law degree), Courtney marries her respect and knowledge of multiple cultures with deep local knowledge. After practicing law, led by a love of interior design and architecture, Courtney took a hard-left turn and decided to pursue a career in real estate, as Executive Assistant to Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty Vice President, Nina Siegenthaler, where her experience focused mainly on high-end condominium resorts and private villas ranging between $1.5M - $4M. Here, Courtney cut her teeth on real estate and used this experience as a springboard to becoming Head of Sales and Marketing for renowned Amanyara resort (private villas of $7M+), where she further developed her marketing skills and knowledge of the ultra-high-end market. Courtney then rejoined TCSIR as New Development Coordinator, where she managed over $100M of new development business, with President Joe Zahm and Vice President Nina Siegenthaler, on projects such as Beach Enclave and South Bank. Courtney now expands her mindful approach as a skilled sales agent and consultant, delivering opportunities to individual and community needs. Rooted in instinct and experience over 30+ years in TCI and 7+ years in the Real Estate industry, Courtney is an innovative and multi-faceted woman with a great love for environment, both built and natural, who takes pride in her career and her beautiful family, husband, Oliver (Real Estate Attorney and Partner of Griffiths & Partners), daughter Georgie, and her two step-children Annabel and Charlie.
