Colorado, and is now an acknowledged leader in the Turks & Caicos Islands’
resort, real estate and development sectors. Joe has played an integral and
pioneering role in the design, development, sales and marketing of many of its
finest developments and properties. In 2009, he merged his successful real
estate firm Connolly Zahm Properties with Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International
Realty to form the singular leading real estate brand in the Turks &
Caicos. Joe has sold and brokered over $4 Billion in real estate sales and
continues to create and add value to the market as President and Broker,
industry, and community leader. He co-founded the Turks and Caicos Resort
Association, served on the nation's Tourist Board, is an active trainer for the
Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association and raises funds through his music. He
even wrote and produced TCI classics “Everyman” and “Beautiful By Nature”.
Joe is married to his wife Gosia, and they have three
children, Isabella, Aleksandra and Dylan.
