Oceanfront vistas are enjoyed from every level of this rental driven 3-bedroom, three-storey Vacation Villa in Building C, with its own pool and outdoor terraces on every level. Completing Summer 2025, this versatile layout locks off into three separate rental units, optimizing opportunity for rental returns. Solar package now included and boat dockage for boats between 40 – 60 feet are available for purchase/rent. The Strand is brought to you by one of the Developers of the successful and award-winning Esperanza resort in Cabo San Lucas and renowned Grace Bay Club in Turks & Caicos. The Strand promises a private residential resort community, where the essence is an owner centric experience. With owners already in occupation at the Residences, road paving completed, underground utilities installed, Reception completing, and the majority of the amenities finalizing this November the vision at the Strand is strongly in focus. With three-stories beginning around 24 feet above sea level on the ground floor, oceanfront vistas are a key feature of ownership at the Villas. Boasting 10 to 12-foot ceiling heights throughout, the ocean views are crowned around 45 feet above sea level on the third level. Each guest bedroom functions as a Primary Suite with king bed, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom with double vanities and walk in shower. Each level contains an outdoor terrace with furniture as sumptuous as the indoor pieces. The ground level is complete with a Spanish custom white oak kitchen with Sub Zero wine fridge, additional refrigerator drawers and Miele or similar quality appliances, providing a backdrop to the living area which opens entirely to connect to an extended terrace with covered lounging area and 27’ long pool with ledge loungers, and alfresco dining room (3-Bed – 3,459 SF Under Roof (2,021 a/c Sq. Ft.) + 577 SF Ext. – Total 4,036 SF). Natural limestone flooring, hand-applied plaster, coral stone wall finishes, and round out the next level design. Located along 2,230 linear feet of southern shoreline, this high-end oceanfront residential resort and marina destination offers onsite amenities, including Club house with state of the art gym, spa, retail shop and yoga deck, use of beach access, an oceanfront restaurant and pool with zero setbacks to allow it to sit directly on the water’s edge, Beach Club with paddleboards, kayaks, sea bobs, jet skis, e foils, kiteboards and sailboats, tennis and pickleball courts, as well as access to a Club Boat for captained excursions or events. The Marina is independent from The Strand, but operates as a central amenity for the homeowners, offering approximately 23 slips for boats ranging between 40 – 60 feet via lease or leasehold purchase.
