467 LONG BAY HIGHWAY

This two story 3 bedroom/ 2 bath house sits only steps from The Long Bay Canal and is offered together with a second adjoining parcel that offers canal access. Enjoy stunning views from both porches that overlook the natural mangroves and miles of winding waterways of Juba Sound. The house's unique octagonal design and 9ft ceilings allow for cross ventilation at any wind angle, greatly reducing the need for A/C. This .44 acre property has excellent elevation, plenty of room for expansion and stunning sunset views. It is located less than 1/2 mile from the newly developed South Bank's full service marina, boat slips, restaurants and bars, as well as access to the ocean. This area of Long Bay is well known as one of the most peaceful residential neighborhoods on the island and its 3 mile stretch of alluring beach offers world class conditions for kiteboarders and water sports enthusiasts. 467 Long Bay Highway is only minutes from numerous beach access points and less than 10 minutes from the heart of Grace Bay- thus offering easy access to restaurants, shops, golf, major supermarkets and more.
