Welcome to Beachwalk Villas, an exclusive pre-construction enclave nestled in the heart of Grace Bay. These luxury homes on Forbes Road offer you the unique privilege of residing just a short stroll away from what is often hailed as the 'best beach in the World.' This prestigious development is an offering from Oceanblue Developments Ltd, a highly skilled and experienced group renowned for their 30-year history of successfully designing and delivering real estate projects across the US, UK, Canada, and now in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Villa #1 is an architectural masterpiece that boasts a contemporary design, featuring three bedrooms, three and a half baths, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a vacation rental investment or a legacy home. The spacious open floor plan seamlessly integrates dining, living, and kitchen areas, complemented by a TV room, wet bar, and powder room. The living space is designed to lead you outdoors, embracing the essence of Island living. If you are looking for a home that provides an unparalleled experience and is perfect for entertaining, Beachwalk Villas is your ultimate lifestyle choice. The lush tropical landscaping surrounds your private oasis, complete with a shaded pool deck, BBQ kitchen, pool deck, outdoor shower, toilet, and a generously sized swimming pool, creating an intimate and secluded atmosphere. The meticulous attention to detail is evident throughout the property. From a convenient foot bath for those returning from the sandy beach to a morning bar on the second floor, every aspect has been carefully considered. The selection of furniture and fixtures enhances the beauty of the design and the natural light that bathes the house. But beauty is not the sole focus; quality of construction, including a Renu solar starter package, ensures low power costs, increased rental profits, and real estate appreciation.
