Oceanfront vistas are enjoyed from every level of this rental driven 3-bedroom, three-storey corner Vacation Villa in Building C, with its own pool and outdoor terraces on every level. Completing next Summer, this versatile layout locks off into three separate rental units, optimizing opportunity for rental returns. Solar package now included and boat dockage for boats between 40 – 60 feet are available for purchase/rent. The Strand is brought to you by one of the Developers of the successful and award-winning Esperanza resort in Cabo San Lucas and renowned Grace Bay Club in Turks & Caicos. The Strand promises a private residential resort community, where the essence is an owner centric experience. With owners already in occupation at the Residences, road paving completed, underground utilities installed, Reception completing, and the majority of the amenities finalizing this November the vision at the Strand is strongly in focus. With three-stories beginning around 24 feet above sea level on the ground floor, oceanfront vistas are a key feature of ownership at the Villas. Boasting 10 to 12-foot ceiling heights throughout, the ocean views are crowned around 45 feet above sea level on the third level. Each guest bedroom functions as a Primary Suite with king bed, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom with double vanities and walk in shower. Each level contains an outdoor terrace with furniture as sumptuous as the indoor pieces. The ground level is complete with a Spanish custom white oak kitchen with Sub Zero wine fridge, additional refrigerator drawers and Miele or similar quality appliances, providing a backdrop to the living area which opens entirely to connect to an extended terrace with covered lounging area and 27’ pool and alfresco dining room (3-Bed – 3,459 SF Under Roof (2,021 a/c Sq. Ft.) + 597 SF Ext. – Total 4,056 SF). Natural limestone flooring, hand-applied plaster, coral stone wall finishes, and round out the next level design. Located along 2,230 linear feet of southern shoreline, this high-end oceanfront residential resort and marina destination offers onsite amenities, including Club house with state of the art gym, spa, retail shop and yoga deck, use of beach access, an oceanfront restaurant and pool with zero setbacks to allow it to sit directly on the water’s edge, Beach Club with paddleboards, kayaks, sea bobs, jet skis, e foils, kiteboards and sailboats, tennis and pickleball courts, as well as access to a Club Boat for captained excursions or events. The Marina is independent from The Strand, but operates as a central amenity for the homeowners, offering approximately 23 slips for boats ranging between 40 – 60 feet via lease or leasehold purchase.

About

Michael is originally from Grand Turk, the capital of the Turks and Caicos Islands. He relocated to Miami, South Florida for his formative education, then Baltimore where he obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Architecture at the Maryland Institute College of Art in 1996, which included a study abroad at Studio Art Centers International (SACI) in Florence, Italy, minoring in art history.

Michael worked as a project manager in the high-end residential market in Miami Beach, overseeing design builds for many high-rise condominium projects. In 1999 he returned to the Turks and Caicos, residing on Providenciales, where he launched Innovative Interiors & Architecture Design in 2000, later partnering with a NYC Architecture firm in 2005 to form Fenimore Rosenberg Kolb LLC., an international Architecture Design firm, and also established Belongings, a trendy boutique furniture and accessories showroom on Providenciales. Michael returned to the United States from 2011 – 2015 to study digital marketing and web design at Miami Dade College. He worked for one of the largest direct response marketing companies in the US, Weiss Research, where he honed his digital sales and marketing skills to an expert level. Michael is passionate about art and art history, he spends his free time producing paintings, drawings, and mixed media fine art. Michael once again returned to the islands in 2016 and launched an animal welfare charity TCI A.W.A.R.E. on his native island of Grand Turk to help mitigate the lack of resources and the mistreatment of the islands free-roaming donkeys and horses.

In 2018 Michael became a member of TCREA, with a local real estate company, utilizing his analytical skills and market knowledge to serve his clients. Continuing his real estate career as a team member of Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading real estate company in the country, Michael brings an intimate knowledge of local culture, an expert understanding of design trends in coastal/island architecture, and an adept understanding of sales and marketing strategies that best fit the TCI real estate industry.
