Nirvana's Nest

It’s all about the views and the opportunity. Nirvana’s Nest sits atop the hill offering singularly spectacular and almost 360-degree ocean views. The Nest was originally the site of Barclay House and presents an opportunity to purchase one of the few remaining ‘landmark’ properties on Provo. Lovingly restored from the ground up, and melding original features with modern updates, The Nest is now a highly sought after vacation rental property. The villa is centrally located with North Shore vistas and offers easy access to shopping and beaches. The expansive main level is comprised of two bedrooms and two baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, and wrap around terraces. The sensitive floor plan, with bedrooms on each end of the house, assures complete privacy while the middle common rooms invite friends and family to dine, chat, mingle, relax, and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen leads to a covered back deck and a private garden offering additional space for outdoor dining and play. Downstairs, a separate two bedroom/two bath self-contained apartment opens to its own, smaller but equally private garden. As an investment property or family home, Nirvana’s Nest is a little bit of heaven on Provo.

About

A native of Turks & Caicos, Courtney was born in the small island capital of Grand Turk to English parents, and later moved to Providenciales, where she grew up. Courtney has witnessed all stages of development throughout her life in the islands, and possesses an authentic and rooted affinity for her home, as well as a worldly curiousity, provided by extensive International travel and the gift afforded by living in different countries. With a secondary and graduate education in the US (BA from University of Miami) and post-graduate education in the UK (law degree), Courtney marries her respect and knowledge of multiple cultures with deep local knowledge. After practicing law, led by a love of interior design and architecture, Courtney took a hard-left turn and decided to pursue a career in real estate, as Executive Assistant to Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty Vice President, Nina Siegenthaler, where her experience focused mainly on high-end condominium resorts and private villas ranging between $1.5M - $4M. Here, Courtney cut her teeth on real estate and used this experience as a springboard to becoming Head of Sales and Marketing for renowned Amanyara resort (private villas of $7M+), where she further developed her marketing skills and knowledge of the ultra-high-end market. Courtney then rejoined TCSIR as New Development Coordinator, where she managed over $100M of new development business, with President Joe Zahm and Vice President Nina Siegenthaler, on projects such as Beach Enclave and South Bank. Courtney now expands her mindful approach as a skilled sales agent and consultant, delivering opportunities to individual and community needs. Rooted in instinct and experience over 30+ years in TCI and 7+ years in the Real Estate industry, Courtney is an innovative and multi-faceted woman with a great love for environment, both built and natural, who takes pride in her career and her beautiful family, husband, Oliver (Real Estate Attorney and Partner of Griffiths & Partners), daughter Georgie, and her two step-children Annabel and Charlie.
