Villa Tropica is a perfectly named oasis set in the desirable neighborhood of Leeward at the eastern end of Providenciales. This recently renovated 5 bedroom, 5,000 square foot Villa is surrounded by lush garden and towering palm trees creating a private sanctuary especially in the rear of the property where you will find an elevated inground pool and patio, a tranquil retreat whether seeking sun or shade after a refreshing dip. The interior of Villa Tropica has been newly painted a cool light blue shade throughout with white cabinetry and trim, stainless steel appliances, new countertops and new light fixtures. The furnishings are all newly purchased with the intent of welcoming guests to this newly created vacation rental Villa with future bookings already on the calendar. Each bedroom has been comfortably furnished and provides an ensuite bathroom in each. There is also a “bonus” room that could become a games room large enough for a pool table or set up as a theater room. Given the close proximity to 2 Grace Bay Beach accesses, the mature landscaping and the gated driveway, Villa Tropica is a very desirable turnkey investment property.

About

A native of Turks & Caicos, Courtney was born in the small island capital of Grand Turk to English parents, and later moved to Providenciales, where she grew up. Courtney has witnessed all stages of development throughout her life in the islands, and possesses an authentic and rooted affinity for her home, as well as a worldly curiousity, provided by extensive International travel and the gift afforded by living in different countries. With a secondary and graduate education in the US (BA from University of Miami) and post-graduate education in the UK (law degree), Courtney marries her respect and knowledge of multiple cultures with deep local knowledge. After practicing law, led by a love of interior design and architecture, Courtney took a hard-left turn and decided to pursue a career in real estate, as Executive Assistant to Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty Vice President, Nina Siegenthaler, where her experience focused mainly on high-end condominium resorts and private villas ranging between $1.5M - $4M. Here, Courtney cut her teeth on real estate and used this experience as a springboard to becoming Head of Sales and Marketing for renowned Amanyara resort (private villas of $7M+), where she further developed her marketing skills and knowledge of the ultra-high-end market. Courtney then rejoined TCSIR as New Development Coordinator, where she managed over $100M of new development business, with President Joe Zahm and Vice President Nina Siegenthaler, on projects such as Beach Enclave and South Bank. Courtney now expands her mindful approach as a skilled sales agent and consultant, delivering opportunities to individual and community needs. Rooted in instinct and experience over 30+ years in TCI and 7+ years in the Real Estate industry, Courtney is an innovative and multi-faceted woman with a great love for environment, both built and natural, who takes pride in her career and her beautiful family, husband, Oliver (Real Estate Attorney and Partner of Griffiths & Partners), daughter Georgie, and her two step-children Annabel and Charlie.
