Coral Pavilion is a stunningly elegant, iconically styled, coral stone compound located on the most enviable stretch of world-renowned Grace Bay Beach. The unparalleled location is just 5 minutes from the heart of Grace Bay with its restaurants, amenities, and shopping. Set within approximately 1 acre of manicured tropical gardens with 120’ of lineal beach frontage, Coral Pavilion features stately Bajan architecture thoughtfully detailed across a five-bedroom main villa and a one-bedroom staff cottage. The home spans approximately 8,100 Sq. Ft. under roof (6,615 interior a/c sq. ft. including the 445 sq. ft. staff cottage), with a total of 14,000 sq. ft. of finished areas. The residence is adjacent to Coral House, also one of the island’s most celebrated estates and a complimentary neighbor. Coral Pavilion offers a majestic composition of indoor and outdoor living spaces with a soft palette and bespoke furnishings, ideal for entertaining and family gatherings. The hardwood louvered shutters and awnings, and Barbadian coral stone façade and interiors, evoke the famed great houses of Barbados, designed by the celebrated designer Oliver Messel. Painted in the quintessential “Messel” green hue, the home’s glamorous kitchen spaces includes a full chef’s kitchen and a butler’s pantry. The great room opens onto a large covered terrace, offering unparalleled views of the turquoise waters and the grand 55’ pool flanked by manicured lawns with beachfront gazebos stepping down to hardwood beachfront decks and a newly added hot tub and sunken firepit lounge. A water feature and outdoor grille station frame this expansive area. Turkish sandstone flooring, handmade custom tile and light fixtures, and black and white marble round out the materials. The formal dining room seats 14. The lower level is completed by a spacious ocean-facing sitting room, also accessible from one of four gracious guest bedrooms – each with its own large en-suite bathroom and beautifully appointed closets. The primary suite enjoys the entire upper level, spanning more than 1,500 SF. It features white-washed floors and entirely timber-clad walls and curved ceilings, built-in window seats and its own balcony. The primary bathroom offers gorgeous views from the wet room rain shower and cast-iron soaking tub. A private study and large walk-in dressing room complete the suite. The additional 1-bedroom staff cottage ensures the comfort and privacy of the owners and owner’s guests. The property is also a long-standing favorite in the short-term villa rental market.
