This Villa located on .39 of an acre on the canal in the North Caicos Yacht Club is surrounded by mature Coconut trees creating the epitome of island life and a boater’s dream come true! Imagine stepping out of your door and onto your boat, ready to explore the azure waters and white sand beaches of North and Middle Caicos. Boasting 100' of prime canal front, a floating boat dock and 3000lb boat lift, the Villa is 2,686 sq. ft. and comprised of an open floorplan, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a huge screened terrace. Inside you will find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, natural wood cabinetry and rich granite countertops and backsplash. The spacious open-plan living and dining area provides a great space for entertaining and the sliding glass doors access the fully screened waterfront terrace stretching the full width of the Villa. The expansive primary suite is the full depth of the Villa which could easily be converted into 2 bedrooms. There are two walk-in closets, a sliding door providing direct access to the screened patio, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, shower, and a large tub. The insulated vaulted roof and walls ensure that the interior remains cool and comfortable, even on the warmest days. The roof surface is white standing seam aluminum which is the most resilient to the heat of the sun and hurricane threat. This home comes with central air, a water filtration system, on demand hot water heaters, and a security camera system. There is room to add an inground pool and patio area and there is a utility room already in place for this purpose. There is also a carport with a lockable workshop perfect for fishing gear and DIY projects. The carport could easily be enclosed to provide a secure two car garage to park a car and a boat when not in use. Those who see the potential of North Caicos will see the potential of this Canal front location!
