For those who desire a private getaway with proximity to all that Point Grace has to offer within the heart of Grace Bay, these two-bedroom 2,168 sq. ft. (1,237 a/c sq. ft.) sophisticated Casitas are situated in an elegant residential grove, each on their own approximate 5,000 sq. ft. parcel. Every Casita boasts ceiling heights in the main living areas at approximately 12’ or greater, their own private pool (10 x 20 ft), luxurious oversized outdoor showers off - of each ensuite bathroom, and private garden area within an intimate setting, offering the owner and guests a unique family space. These casitas also enjoy all the benefits and amenities of Point Grace, just a stone’s throw away from its dining and beach. They offer a level of privacy that has not been seen in a resort on Grace Bay before. Spanning over 9.5 acres, The Point is an exceptional low-density oceanfront development of the highest caliber. The development comprises 38 stunning oceanfront condominiums and 16 innovative “casitas”, and 4 pool lofts ranging from one to five bedrooms, along with a diverse range of new resort amenities. These include a new adults-only swimming pool and three additional pools for families, new oceanfront dining and bars, a new world-class spa and fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, a discovery center for kids, and a new arrival pavilion. All of these amenities have been redesigned with a new entrance off the main thoroughfare of Grace Bay. The Point is envisioned by award-winning SWA Architects (designer of Point Grace), one of Providenciales’ most accomplished design firms, and Young Huh Interior Design, an AD-100 and Elle Décor A-List rising star. It is destined to become one of the most sought-after addresses in Turks & Caicos.

About

A native of Turks & Caicos, Courtney was born in the small island capital of Grand Turk to English parents, and later moved to Providenciales, where she grew up. Courtney has witnessed all stages of development throughout her life in the islands, and possesses an authentic and rooted affinity for her home, as well as a worldly curiousity, provided by extensive International travel and the gift afforded by living in different countries. With a secondary and graduate education in the US (BA from University of Miami) and post-graduate education in the UK (law degree), Courtney marries her respect and knowledge of multiple cultures with deep local knowledge. After practicing law, led by a love of interior design and architecture, Courtney took a hard-left turn and decided to pursue a career in real estate, as Executive Assistant to Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty Vice President, Nina Siegenthaler, where her experience focused mainly on high-end condominium resorts and private villas ranging between $1.5M - $4M. Here, Courtney cut her teeth on real estate and used this experience as a springboard to becoming Head of Sales and Marketing for renowned Amanyara resort (private villas of $7M+), where she further developed her marketing skills and knowledge of the ultra-high-end market. Courtney then rejoined TCSIR as New Development Coordinator, where she managed over $100M of new development business, with President Joe Zahm and Vice President Nina Siegenthaler, on projects such as Beach Enclave and South Bank. Courtney now expands her mindful approach as a skilled sales agent and consultant, delivering opportunities to individual and community needs. Rooted in instinct and experience over 30+ years in TCI and 7+ years in the Real Estate industry, Courtney is an innovative and multi-faceted woman with a great love for environment, both built and natural, who takes pride in her career and her beautiful family, husband, Oliver (Real Estate Attorney and Partner of Griffiths & Partners), daughter Georgie, and her two step-children Annabel and Charlie.
