Ownership in the Turks and Caicos Islands is all about the lifestyle benefits of sand and sea. Villa Sand and Sea delivers on these benefits. The nearest beach is just down the path across the street, and your backyard has 117 feet of personal seawall. Facilitate your every water-sports whim from home via easy access platforms for paddle boards, kayaks, and jet skis. A High Tide Boat Lift has been installed as well. When you’re not on the water, you’ll enjoy an exquisite 7000 square foot, 7 bedroom, 7 1/2 bath contemporary residence. The designers created a lovely sense of privacy by artfully separating the entertainment and sleeping areas. The entertainment pod has a large interior lounging/TV area, a full Chef’s Kitchen and a 12-seat interior dining table. All of this connects to the expansive pool deck, with another 12-seat dining table and outdoor grilling area. As well, there is a poolside bath and outdoor shower. With a western orientation, you’ll enjoy gathering the family for sunsets over a dockside fire-pit lounge. The property also features a full-size beach volleyball court and a soccer pitch. Villa Sand and Sea was constructed in 2017 in the exclusive neighborhood of Leeward. More specifically, Emerald Point, which has become the most coveted address in the Turks and Caicos Islands. We feel Villa Sand and Sea provides the complete lifestyle/investment package for the Turks and Caicos Islands. Let us know if you agree.

About

A native of Turks & Caicos, Courtney was born in the small island capital of Grand Turk to English parents, and later moved to Providenciales, where she grew up. Courtney has witnessed all stages of development throughout her life in the islands, and possesses an authentic and rooted affinity for her home, as well as a worldly curiousity, provided by extensive International travel and the gift afforded by living in different countries. With a secondary and graduate education in the US (BA from University of Miami) and post-graduate education in the UK (law degree), Courtney marries her respect and knowledge of multiple cultures with deep local knowledge. After practicing law, led by a love of interior design and architecture, Courtney took a hard-left turn and decided to pursue a career in real estate, as Executive Assistant to Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty Vice President, Nina Siegenthaler, where her experience focused mainly on high-end condominium resorts and private villas ranging between $1.5M - $4M. Here, Courtney cut her teeth on real estate and used this experience as a springboard to becoming Head of Sales and Marketing for renowned Amanyara resort (private villas of $7M+), where she further developed her marketing skills and knowledge of the ultra-high-end market. Courtney then rejoined TCSIR as New Development Coordinator, where she managed over $100M of new development business, with President Joe Zahm and Vice President Nina Siegenthaler, on projects such as Beach Enclave and South Bank. Courtney now expands her mindful approach as a skilled sales agent and consultant, delivering opportunities to individual and community needs. Rooted in instinct and experience over 30+ years in TCI and 7+ years in the Real Estate industry, Courtney is an innovative and multi-faceted woman with a great love for environment, both built and natural, who takes pride in her career and her beautiful family, husband, Oliver (Real Estate Attorney and Partner of Griffiths & Partners), daughter Georgie, and her two step-children Annabel and Charlie.
