This newly renovated 3rd floor ocean view studio unit at the famous Wymara Resort boasts 672 sq ft of immaculate beauty. An elegantly simple, modern, beach condo on one of the best stretches of beach in the world, owning Unit 1301 at five star Wymara Resort is a compelling opportunity. This oceanview studio features a king-size bed, a modern frosted glass shower, spacious work desk, kitchenette and small bistro table for two. The Wymara Resort is located at the western side of Grace Bay Beach offering spectacular sunsets, lower density and close proximity to Smith's reef, the best snorkeling spot on island. The resort has 3 restaurants on site, a world class spa, fitness center, yoga pavillion as well as the stunning infinity pool with private cabanas. Aside from the many amenities offered by this resort, the Wymara resort is also known and loved for its high occupancy through its strong rental program that generates great returns for its owners. Owning in this resort unlocks many discounts and benefits for owners that choose to visit the property and utilize some of the many services available. Owners are also allocated a storage locker in the basement suitable for sports equipment and storage bins allowing them to leave personal items in between visits. This unit is easily one of the best studio offerings currently on the market and we do not anticipate it staying on for long. Your next breathtaking sunset from your 3rd floor, Oceanview, outdoor terrace is just an inquiry away.

About

A native of Turks & Caicos, Courtney was born in the small island capital of Grand Turk to English parents, and later moved to Providenciales, where she grew up. Courtney has witnessed all stages of development throughout her life in the islands, and possesses an authentic and rooted affinity for her home, as well as a worldly curiousity, provided by extensive International travel and the gift afforded by living in different countries. With a secondary and graduate education in the US (BA from University of Miami) and post-graduate education in the UK (law degree), Courtney marries her respect and knowledge of multiple cultures with deep local knowledge. After practicing law, led by a love of interior design and architecture, Courtney took a hard-left turn and decided to pursue a career in real estate, as Executive Assistant to Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty Vice President, Nina Siegenthaler, where her experience focused mainly on high-end condominium resorts and private villas ranging between $1.5M - $4M. Here, Courtney cut her teeth on real estate and used this experience as a springboard to becoming Head of Sales and Marketing for renowned Amanyara resort (private villas of $7M+), where she further developed her marketing skills and knowledge of the ultra-high-end market. Courtney then rejoined TCSIR as New Development Coordinator, where she managed over $100M of new development business, with President Joe Zahm and Vice President Nina Siegenthaler, on projects such as Beach Enclave and South Bank. Courtney now expands her mindful approach as a skilled sales agent and consultant, delivering opportunities to individual and community needs. Rooted in instinct and experience over 30+ years in TCI and 7+ years in the Real Estate industry, Courtney is an innovative and multi-faceted woman with a great love for environment, both built and natural, who takes pride in her career and her beautiful family, husband, Oliver (Real Estate Attorney and Partner of Griffiths & Partners), daughter Georgie, and her two step-children Annabel and Charlie.
