241 Long Bay Beach Drive

Conched Out Villa is a 7 bedroom, 8 bathroom luxury beachfront villa perfectly positioned on the private and stunning Long Bay Beach on the southeastern side of Providenciales. This grand villa welcomes one down the long lushly landscaped driveway greeting owners and guests in to the great room with high ceilings overlooking a vast pool deck and the infamous Turks & Caicos turquoise banks. Spanning 6,035 sq. ft. under roof (4,545 a/c sq. ft.) and a total of just under 10,000 sq. ft. of finished areas including uncovered terraces. Featuring multiple lounging areas on the large pool deck with shaded and sun drenched areas elevated above the beach, one can go left or right for over an hour long beach walk. Inspired by Italian architecture and boasting white-washed walls and roof, the villa’s elegant large French doors connect indoors with outdoors and lead to the outdoor grill and wet bar conveniently flanking the pool terrace. Conched Out features two kitchens, and a giant open-aired terrace on the top floor, the ideal stargazing terrace. The great room features ultra-high 20' plus cathedral ceilings. Four spacious bedrooms are located on the main floor, three of which are king bedrooms with ocean views, and en-suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an ensuite den that can double as a nursery. The 4th bedroom has twin beds (which can also be configured as a king) and a bathroom just across the hall. The three ground level bedrooms all offer queen size beds and have recently been redecorated; two have en-suite bathrooms and the third has a full bathroom across the hall. The ground level offers an additional kitchen and independent dining area and a flexible space that can be customized to suit the incoming owners to either accommodated staff with their own ensuite, a gym, home theatre or office. The villa was constructed using high efficiency insulated and superior strength eco-block building system, reducing the utility costs of the home. Newly installed equipment includes a high-efficiency pool heater. Two full laundry rooms complete a comprehensive set up for rental turnover. Conched Out is a highly successful short-term rental villa, and can be rented as either a 4 bedroom or a 7 bedroom. For more information on rental history please contact the listing agents.
