The Hyatt Andaz will host one of the most comprehensive outdoor experiences on Grace Bay, with 59 elegantly appointed hotel suites and 74 luxury residences, three restaurants and bars, a Zonate Pool Area, an Indoor Fitness Club, Tennis and much more. The Andaz on Grace Bay is designed to integrate seamlessly into the hotel's operational program, allowing owners to immerse themselves in the island's lifestyle through a world-class resort experience. Inspired by a combination of urban luxury and the essence of indoor/outdoor island living, this stunning 2,229 square foot 2-bedroom 4th-floor unit enjoys northeastern ocean-facing views from its prime location and is designed with lock-off capability. The clean and spacious great room takes full advantage of beachfront views with its custom-designed living, dining, and kitchen with the signature floor-to-ceiling glass sliders opening onto a large terrace with glass railings. The European-style kitchen with thoughtful elements such as soft-close cabinetry, durable Sintered Stone countertops, and Bosch appliances is amazingly equipped for any vacation property anywhere in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Wake up to unobstructed turquoise views from the oceanfront master bedroom and enjoy the sleek ensuite master bathroom, which contains a walk-in wet room with Hansgrohe rain and hand shower, and free-standing soaking tub. Double quartzite vanities in the master bathroom are featured throughout each bedroom design option. The second bedroom and ensuite bathroom provide two full beds offering optional sleeping configurations for family members & guests. A delightful 10-foot-deep outdoor terrace is accessible from this bedroom, offering a second outlook to enjoy the island's beautiful sunrise. With the Turks and Caicos becoming the rising star of the Caribbean and the extremely high demand for our real estate, especially on Grace Bay Beach, one of the very best in the world, timing is critical as availability will quickly become limited. With sales already gaining momentum, be amongst those who own a piece of paradise at the Andaz on Grace Bay Beach.
