Completing this Summer, the last remaining 3-bedroom Vacation Villa in Building B provides immediate gratification and participation in the rental program by this November when resort operations commence. The Villas at the Strand are the only luxury waterfront community focused on family connectivity, while also offering unprecedented rental returns through a versatile layout. Three lockout keys create generous opportunities for versatile rental possibilities, with a pool and outdoor bath on the ground level, and outdoor terrace accompanying every bedroom over the three-storeys. Solar package now included, and boat dockage for boats between 40 – 60 feet are available for purchase/rent. Located within The Strand, a hidden retreat overlooking the sapphire blue waters of Cooper Jack Bay, the Villas will benefit from resort style amenities and operational facilities organized as a private club. Unlike owning a residence at a branded resort, the amenities and services at The Strand are focused on the homeowners, who are Club members, and their family and guests. The Strand promises a private residential resort community, where the essence is an owner centric experience. With owners already in occupation at the Residences, road paving completed, underground utilities installed, Reception completing, and the majority of the amenities finalizing this November the vision at the Strand is strongly in focus. The ground level ocean view begins around 24 feet above sea level. With 10 – 12-foot ceilings throughout, the views are crowned around 45 feet on the third level. Each bedroom functions as a Primary Suite with king bed, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom with double vanities and walk in shower. Each level’s outdoor terrace contains furniture as sumptuous as the indoor pieces. The main level is complete with a Spanish custom white oak kitchen with SubZero wine fridge, and Miele or similar quality appliances provide a backdrop to the living area which opens entirely to enlarge the living space by connecting to an extended terrace with covered lounging area, 27-foot-long pool with and alfresco dining (3 Bedrooms - 3,433 Sq. Ft. Under Roof + 558 Sq. Ft. Exterior - Total 3,991 Sq. Ft.). Located along 2,230 linear feet of southern shoreline, this high-end oceanfront residential resort and marina destination offers onsite amenities, including use of beach access, an oceanfront restaurant and pool with zero setbacks to allow it to sit directly on the water’s edge, Beach Club with paddleboards, kayaks, sea bobs, jet skis, e foils, kiteboards and sailboats, tennis and pickleball courts, as well as access to a Club Boat for captained excursions or events.
