About
Carolina Malcolm was raised in Grand Turk, the capital of The Turks and Caicos Islands and moved to Providenciales in 2001 with her family. After graduating HJ Robinson High School, she attended Palm Beach Atlantic University where she obtained a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems. Upon completing her college degree, she returned to Provo and worked at The Temple Financial Center, an Offshore Financial Services company in TCI. After working several years at Temple in the Securities Department, Carolina, with her outgoing personality, realised she would be better suited to a customer facing orientated career. Always having an interest in Real Estate, Carolina made the decision to become a member of the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association in 2006. She prides herself in delivering outstanding service to both buyers and sellers and has thoroughly enjoyed assisting residents and international clients in locating their dream property. She has developed lasting relationships with past clients and has built a reputation of delivering exceptional service during every real estate transaction, from the initial property inquiry to the final closing details.
Carolina's
hard work and dedication is well known throughout the real estate
community and along with her willingness to go the extra mile. As a full
time, Licensed Real Estate Agent, she is focused around getting to know her
clients by listening to their needs and achieving a common goal. Most
recently she was nominated among her peers for TCREA (Turks and Caicos Real
Estate Association) Ambassador 2012-2013 and is featured in the local Real
Estate magazine 2013 - 2014 Winter issue. Carolina was
recognized as Top Agent for 2017 and 2018 for the most outstanding sales
performance and has received awards from her Brokers, Regency Christies
International Real Estate. She also serves on TCREA’s marketing board and
forms committee, being the organizer of its listings in the Association’s
leading Real Estate magazine.
She enjoys travelling and exploring new places. She also loves the beach, photography, spending time with friends and family and most of all being a mother to her young daughter. She speaks Spanish and is a regular member at the Cross-training Gym.
Carolina always reminds us that she gets great satisfaction out of being able to put her energy and knowledge into helping people make the best decision with a real estate investment.
