On the lower level there is a 4th bedroom and a 1-bedroom apartment with private patio, currently the caretaker’s home as well as a laundry room and storage area. A limestone walkway leads down to the waterfront with two shaded gazebos and a staircase down to a low-tide beach. Additionally, there is an attached garage, multiple parking spaces, and an artist’s cottage.
