SOUTH BANK - BOATHOUSES - B3 - 2 BED + RT

Only oceanview Boathouse remaining, slated for completion Q1 2024. The Launch is South Bank's newest waterfront neighborhood, offering just 38 Boathouses, with dock spaces for boats up to 26 ft in length. A welcome addition to the TCI real estate market, as the first luxury waterfront development with boat dockage and full access to resort amenities. This waterfront two-bedroom Boathouse offers 2,742 SF of gross living space on two levels. The living dining area is located on either side of the contemporary kitchen on the ground floor with addt'l. outdoor dining terrace seemingly floating above the water, and a lower terrace for easy boat/water access and water toy storage. The second level comprises two bedrooms - one waterfront, with en-suite bathrooms, spacious closets and terraces. The third level leads to a rooftop terrace with glass balustrades and stunning waterfront views. Ownership at the Launch includes use of all South Bank amenities, including the Launch's central courtyard entertainment area with pool, lounging areas, hammocks, bathrooms and BBQ stations. Following on the success of sold-out Blue Cay Estate in Leeward, South Bank offers some of the finest views over the Caicos Bank, along 2,200 ft of beach & iron shore on the southwestern end of Long Bay beach. Management & services will be provided by Grace Bay Resorts, of iconic Grace Bay Club and its Private Residences Collection. A rental management program will be available. Anchored by a full-service marina, South Bank offers 31 low-density acres prime for waterfront development. Each neighborhood is architecturally diverse yet unified by a "livable contemporary" aesthetic & ease of water access for the boat loving and watersports community. At full build, amenities will include marina, fitness center & spa, tennis court, clubhouse with pool, bar & restaurant, cafe, lagoon peninsula with lounging cabanas, non-motorized water sports, beach club & Long Bay beach access. Water taxi services and boat concierge services ensure living or staying at South Bank is effortless. Note the offering includes a turnkey furnishings package at approximate $150,000 value.

About

A native of Turks & Caicos, Courtney was born in the small island capital of Grand Turk to English parents, and later moved to Providenciales, where she grew up. Courtney has witnessed all stages of development throughout her life in the islands, and possesses an authentic and rooted affinity for her home, as well as a worldly curiousity, provided by extensive International travel and the gift afforded by living in different countries. With a secondary and graduate education in the US (BA from University of Miami) and post-graduate education in the UK (law degree), Courtney marries her respect and knowledge of multiple cultures with deep local knowledge. After practicing law, led by a love of interior design and architecture, Courtney took a hard-left turn and decided to pursue a career in real estate, as Executive Assistant to Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty Vice President, Nina Siegenthaler, where her experience focused mainly on high-end condominium resorts and private villas ranging between $1.5M - $4M. Here, Courtney cut her teeth on real estate and used this experience as a springboard to becoming Head of Sales and Marketing for renowned Amanyara resort (private villas of $7M+), where she further developed her marketing skills and knowledge of the ultra-high-end market. Courtney then rejoined TCSIR as New Development Coordinator, where she managed over $100M of new development business, with President Joe Zahm and Vice President Nina Siegenthaler, on projects such as Beach Enclave and South Bank. Courtney now expands her mindful approach as a skilled sales agent and consultant, delivering opportunities to individual and community needs. Rooted in instinct and experience over 30+ years in TCI and 7+ years in the Real Estate industry, Courtney is an innovative and multi-faceted woman with a great love for environment, both built and natural, who takes pride in her career and her beautiful family, husband, Oliver (Real Estate Attorney and Partner of Griffiths & Partners), daughter Georgie, and her two step-children Annabel and Charlie.
