Ramon Andrews is a dynamic, young and enthusiastic individual that has enjoyed an illustrious career in Tourism for 20 plus years. 

Starting with humble beginnings, in the now Beaches Resort and Spa, Ramon worked meticulously through the ranks until he became one of the youngest Restaurant Managers for the property. He continued to ascend in his roles and eventually worked for many luxury properties locally and abroad in the Hospitality Industry. His last employ before becoming Tourism Director of the Turks & Caicos Islands was at the Dunmore Beach Hotel, a five-star luxury property in Harbour Island Bahamas, where he served as General Manager. 

His appointment as Director of Tourism was from 2016 until 2020. His skillful approach to the Tourism sector when he sat as Director, has won the Destination top awards such as Caribbean’s Leading Beach Destination 2 years in a row; Caribbean’s Most Romantic Destination, from World Travel Awards and securing for the first time the Tourist Board’s Ultimate Partner Award from Island Destinations, the leading authority for luxury travel. 

Ramon's unique understanding of Sales, Marketing and Turks & Caicos' luxury tourism market from a private and public standpoint, gives him the ability to clearly advise his Real Estate clients on how and where to invest or the best selling positions. 

His goal is to pair his clients  with their dream home or investment properties in the Turks & Caicos. 

Ramon is an Alumni of Johnson & Wales University in Miami Beach Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management.
