Arguably The Finest Beachfront Land Offering In North Caicos
Arguably the finest beachfront land offering in North Caicos. 3.35 acres of paradise with over 500 linear feet of crystalline ocean waters and powder white sand beach frontage combined. Ownership of this unique and treasured site affords you your own 'private' beach cove whilst also offering direct beach access to Sandy Point for dog walking or beach combing. The elevated hillside lot offers both sunrise and sunset views and the lower level gives you front row seats to the best sunsets the Caribbean has to offer. A haven for nature and water-sports with snorkeling right off your back door. With Whitby beach just to the east, you will find perfect conditions for the avid kite-surfing enthusiast. For the fisherman or simply those that enjoy the boating lifestyle, you are in close proximity to moor your boat at Sandy Point Marina or you could apply for planning permission to install your own dock against the iron shore . When you tout the term 'trophy property' this is what I think of when I close my eyes as it really lends itself to developing a luxury estate residence. The parcel bordering the pond allows for the development of a tennis/multi court, or Padel Courts, or fitness center, staff quarters or any other amenity you can think of; all without sacrificing beach land. Zoned for residential, you cannot build a boutique hotel on these parcels.
